Return Eligibility

Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories. Products that have been assembled or used are not eligible for return unless defective.

Product Types: This policy applies to all our products, including shorts, kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, chest press machines, leg press machines, and treadmills.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at modernmusellc@whitneydompierre.com or call +1 2629820020 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on where to send the returned items.

Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, follow the return process, and specify that you would like an exchange in your communication with us.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products or items purchased on sale.
